The spindle features an aviation connector power interface (numbered 1, 2, 3, 4), with 1, 2, and 3 connected to the inverter power U, V, and W, respectively, and 4 connected to the ground wire.

The product is designed with high-quality aluminum, featuring an oxidized polished surface that is smooth and safe to use. The accuracy is much higher, and it is resistant to deformation.

The water pump is AC-powered (110V-120V, 50 Hz, 75W) with a maximum head of 3.2 m and a maximum flow rate of 3,200 L/H. It has an IPX8 waterproof rating, making it easy to detach and clean. The water flow rate can be adjusted using a knob, and the rubber suction cups help secure the pump to glass surfaces.

The 5-meter hose has an outer diameter of 8 mm and an inner diameter of 6 mm.

For setup, the single-phase input wire is connected to the R and T terminals of the VFD, and the motor output wire is connected to the UVW terminal. The basic parameters for the 400 Hz spindle have been pre-set, so the user can connect and operate the system immediately after receiving the kit.

The VFD offers diverse terminals and functions, including support for an external potentiometer (set PD001=1) and MACH3 functionality with RS-485 communication (contact the seller for more information).

The VFD also features advanced functions, such as PID control, easy PLC functions, RS485 communication, anti-interference capabilities, low output torque, adjustable carrier frequency, and comprehensive protection capabilities.

The spindle and VFD combination is suitable for a wide range of applications, including wood carving/engraving, advertisement engraving, CNC machines, small-sized processing centers, and high-speed centrifuges.
