Product Description: ER20 Collet

The ER20 collet and nut are precision-crafted, delivering high precision and reduced knife breakage rates. Designed for use in CNC router machines, this spindle can reach speeds of up to 24,000 RPM, making it suitable for engraving materials such as wood, aluminum, glass, and PVC.

Air-Cooling Method: The spindle's fan-cooling method ensures good heat dissipation without the need for a water pump or water pipes, making it more convenient and trouble-free. It can be directly connected to an inverter.

Stainless Steel Materials: The spindle's fine workmanship, stainless steel body, and dustproof design contribute to its durability. Optimized 7 series P4 grade 7002 and 7005 bearings provide strong hardness, rust resistance, and high precision, with a radial runout of less than 0.01 mm and a taper hole precision that does not exceed 0.005 mm.

Rotation Accuracy: Precision steel ball retainers and high-temperature resistant grease lubrication ensure the spindle's rotation accuracy and low noise during high-speed grinding.

LED Display: The LED display indicates various parameters, including power, forward, reverse, frequency, current, revolution, and more. It features a main display zone, run/stop/reset/jog/shift/set keys, and up/down keys for power value changes.

Wiring: If the motor's speed is not 24,000 RPM, please restore the factory settings and change PD013 to 8, then set other parameters before connecting the VFD to the 3-phase motor.

Multi-Protection Functions: The system includes overload protection, fuse broken-motor stop protection, over-voltage/low-voltage protection, restarted by frequency track after instantaneous stop, anti-stall during acceleration/deceleration operation, electronic circuit protection, and more.
