Genmitsu CNC Machine PROVerXL 6050 Plus for Metal, Wood, Acrylic, MDF Carving

The PROVerXL 6050 Plus CNC Router Machine is a powerhouse that is stable enough to engrave or mill a wide range of materials, including aluminum, copper, POM, wood, resin, PCB, nylon, and MDF. Its rigid dual guide rails, new single Y-axis structure, redesigned X-Z assembly structure, and beefy NEMA 23 motors make it a formidable choice for starting a small business or improving DIY crafts.

The included 300W DC 24V spindle can handle most projects, but the machine also comes with an additional spindle holder if you need even more power and speed. The upgraded NEMA23 stepper motors have a torque of 3.1NM, twice the power of other standard NEMA23 motors with 1.5-2NM. The stepper motor rubber gaskets effectively reduce vibration when the motors are running.

The redesigned XZ assembly greatly reduces the Z-axis wobble issues commonly found in other large CNC machines. The PROVerXL 6050 Plus comes with everything you need out of the box, including X, Y, Z axis limit switches, emergency stop switches, speed control, Z-probe, and more. The compact and simple design features easy-to-access wiring ports and frequently-used buttons on the front of the machine, such as emergency stop, motor speed control, reset, pause, and resume.

The control box supports the addition of a laser engraving module, offline controller, and 4th axis rotary attachment (sold separately). The machine has a work area of 600 x 500 x 115mm (23.62" x 19.69" x 4.53"), a metal frame and T-slot hybrid spoilboard, a dual linear rail with a single Y-axis system, and is compatible with GRBL 1.1h control boards and TB6560 stepper drivers.

With a maximum speed of 2000mm/min, a running accuracy of ±0.05MM, and a repositioning accuracy of ±0.05MM, the PROVerXL 6050 Plus is a versatile and efficient choice for your CNC projects. The machine uses a T10 2mm pitch, 5mm lead 5 start ACME lead screw and HG-15 and HG-20 linear rails.
